Passionflower tea has a mild, pleasant earthy flavour with subtle floral notes. It's naturally caffeine-free and can be enjoyed with or without honey.
Is passionflower tea safe?
Yes. Our passionflower tea is certified to EU food safety standards and made with pure passionflower. Always brew with hot water (70-100°C) for safe consumption.
Can I reuse the tea bags?
For the full relaxation benefits, we recommend using a fresh tea bag each time. The active compounds are primarily released in the first steeping.
How many cups can I drink per day?
We recommend 1-2 cups per day, ideally in the evening. As with any herbal tea, it's best to start with one cup to see how your body responds.
