Oolong is a traditional tea that sits halfway between fresh green tea and rich black tea. It is semi-oxidised, which gives it a unique character and a natural caffeine boost to help you focus during the day.
It has a smooth, complex flavour that is often described as floral, woody, or slightly nutty. It lacks the bitterness of some green teas and is lighter than black tea, making it very refreshing.
For the full energising boost and best flavour, we recommend using a fresh tea bag every time. Most of the caffeine and active compounds are released during the first brew. But you can safely reuse the tea bags for a second or third cup if desired.
